Ingredients:


  1. 1 Tbsp butter
  2. 4 oz Chopped Chicken (115 g)
  3. 1/2 Chopped Onion
  4. 2/3 cup Mixed vegetables
  5. 445 g Cooked Rice (1 lb)
  6. 1/2 clove minced garlic
  7. 2 tsp salt
  8. to taste Pepper
  9. 5 Tbsp tomato catsup
  10. 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  11. 4 eggs
  12. 8 Tbsp milk
  13. to taste Salt
  14. to taste Pepper
  15. 2 Tbsp butter


Preparation steps:


  1. Put butter in a large skillet, cook chicken and onion until cooked.

  2. Add and fry the mixed vegetables, rice and rest of the filling ingredients. Set aside.

  3. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.

  4. Melt butter in a large skillet. Cook 1/4 egg mixture like a crepe.

  5. Carefully spoon 1/4 of the rice filling over one half of the omelet. Flip the omelet over to cover the rice filling! Repeat with rest of the ingredients.

  6. Drizzle tomato catsup on the omurice if you like.
