Ingredients:


  1. 1 bunch fresh mint
  2. 6 tsp fine sugar
  3. 1 packages crushed ice (or crush yourself)
  4. 250 ml good Gin
  5. 400 ml pomegranate or red currant juice
  6. 1 sprig mint leaf for decoration


Preparation steps:


  1. Remove leaf from mint wash and share out amongst 6 cocktail glasses.Add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cold water to each glass.Use the handle of a wooden spoon and bruise the mint in the glasses.Fill 1/2 of each glass with crushed ice.Mix the Gin and juice and fill each glass.Decorate with mince leaf.
