Ingredients:

1. 1 kg lamb chops ( cut into pieces)
2. 100 ml olive oil
3. 6 potatoes peeled and sliced

8. 2 bay leaves
9. salt and pepper
10. 1 tsp paprika
11. 300 ml white wine
12. 1 green peppers cut into thin strips

Preparation steps:

4. Pour the white wine over everything and place the casserole dish in a preheated oven (180 degrees) and cook for approximately 2 hours until the meat is well cooked.
