  1. 200 grams Japanese sweet potato
  2. 2 tbsp + 1 teaspoon Mirin
  3. 2 tbsp Sake
  4. 1 tbsp Sugar
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  6. 1 dash Dashi stock granules
  7. 1 Black sesame seeds


Preparation steps:


  1. Cut the sweet potato into about 1 cm matchsticks and soak in a bowl of water. Drain, and microwave for about 2-3 minutes.
