  3. 2 eggs, make scrambled

  6. 1/4 big onion, roughly chopped
  7. 1 green onion/leek, sliced thin
  8. 1 tsp soy sauce
  9. 1 tsp sesame oil
  10. to taste Pepper and salt
  11. Chicken flavoring (optional)
  12. Cooking oil
  13. GROUND SPICES:
  14. 2 red chillis
  15. 5 cayenne peppers
  16. 3 cloves garlic
  17. 5 shallots
  18. 1 tsp shrimp paste
  19. SUPPLEMENTARY:
  20. Kerupuk (crackers)
  21. Lettuce or Cabbage
  22. Pickled cucumbers


Preparation steps:


  1. Saute ground spices and chopped onion until fragrant.

  2. Put shrimp and liver-gizzard, cook until it changes color and is cooked.
