  1. 230 grams Bread (strong) flour
  2. 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  3. 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Dry yeast

  6. 20 grams Unsalted butter
  7. 2/3 tsp Salt
  8. 185 ml Lukewarm water


Preparation steps:


  1. Mix equal amounts of mixed grain and water and let soak for 30 minutes. Add half of the strong flour, sugar, dry yeast, and soaked mixed grain to a bowl.
