Ingredients:
- 200 grams ◎Minced chicken thigh
- 80 grams ◎Firm tofu
- 1/2 ◎Onion
- 2 ◎Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 dash ◎Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp ◎Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ◎Sesame oil
- 20 grams ◎Panko
- 20 grams ◎Milk
- 1 ◎Egg
- 1 Vegetable oil
Preparation steps:
Put the ◎ ingredients into a bowl and use your hands to knead until sticky.
Put some vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, form the mixture into burger shapes and pan-fry over medium heat!
