Ingredients:


  1. 100 g unsalted butter
  2. 50 g granulated sugar
  3. 100 g brown sugar
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1 Egg
  6. 150 g cake flour (1 1/5 U.S. cup)
  7. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  8. 50 g M&M chocolate
  9. 3 Tbsp mixed nuts
  10. to taste Vanilla oil,


Preparation steps:


  1. Preheat the oven to 330F. Blend flour and baking soda together with a whisk. Crush the nuts.

  2. Microwave butter until it melts. Combine the sugar and butter together. Add the egg, salt and vanilla oil then mix.

  3. Combine all powder ingredients with a spatula. Add the nuts.

  4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the parchment paper. Put 5 M&M chocolates for each cookie.

  5. Bake 6 to 8 min. Don't over bake! Be careful, it's very soft.
