  1. 8 large Potatoes

  4. 1 dash Salt
  5. 1 dash White pepper
  6. 50 ml Milk
  7. 1 Pizza cheese


Preparation steps:


  1. Boil the potatoes, peel the skins, and mash with a fork. If you mash them nicely, they will be nice and smooth.

  2. Place Step 1 into a gratin dish. Add the white sauce and milk, and mix. Season well with salt and pepper.
