  7. Enough hot water


Preparation steps:


  1. Mix the rice flour, coconut, sugar, vanilla powder and salt.
     If using roasted rice flour: add hot water gradually (so that the dough comes together), stirring until blended.

  2. Add brown sugar into the dough, stir again evenly.
