Recipe Flower Field Chirashi Sushi Cake : Delicious and Easy For You To Try
Ingredients:
- 360 ml Sushi rice using 360 ml or 2 rice cooker cups' worth
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon, 1 dash ●Sugar, salt
- 1 tsp each ●Katakuriko, water
- 2 tbsp Sakura denbu
- 1 fillet Salted salmon
- 10 small shrimp
- 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon, 1 dash ▽ Vinegar, sugar, salt
- 6 stalks Spinach
- 3 grams, 1 teaspoon ○Bonito flakes, soy sauce
- 1 dash of each Carrot, cucumber
Preparation steps:

Cover the packed sushi rice with spinach, then top with the sushi rice with the sakura denbu. Press down firmly with a rice paddle. Grill the salted salmon, remove the bones and flake.
