  1. 100 grams Sweet potato (peeled, net weight)
  2. 1 Cocoa powder
  3. 20 grams to 30 g Chocolate
  4. 10 grams to 20 g Skim milk


Preparation steps:


  1. Soften the sweet potatoes with your preferred method and then mash. I always steam in a pressure cooker.
